Welcome to November. It's well and truly Autumn now and with the darker nights and less time to be out & about, there is no better time to get into shape 💪🏼
As our 500 Whey & Bars Box is our most popular protein box, we are featuring the goodies that our subscribers received this month. These totalled a whopping 507g of protein in the whole box!
Let's delve in!
1. This month we included the delightful strawberries m cream flavoured whey by The Protein Works. This one totals 370g of protein which will keep you rearing to go in November.
2. Next up we have a delicious Warrior protein bar in the superb key lime pie flavour. This yummy bar will boost you with 20g of protein! 😋
3. Thirdly, BULK make amazing protein blondies. So we popped one of these in. This one is the yummy birthday cake flavour which gives you 16g of protein.
4. Next up we have a ridiculous bar by The Protein Works. This one is the scrumptous chocolate caramelicious flavour and will boost your workouts with 15g of protein!
5. The Protein Works also make yummy loaded legends which are like thick little cakes. In this month's protein box, we've put in one of these yummy bars in the chocolate fudge flavour and these tasty bars contain 14g of protein 💪🏼
6. FULFIL bars are full of vitamins and contain 20g of protein to fuel your workout. In this month's protein subscription box, our amazing subscribers received a FULFIL bar in the dark salted caramel flavour. Yum! Did you know that dark chocolate is also full of antioxidants? Antioxidants are substances that neutralise free radicals which are unstable chemicals that can damage cells and contribute to disease. Amazing.
7. Barebells bars are always delicious. So this month, we included one in the refreshing raspberry cream flavour. This tasty bar also contains a whopping 20g of protein 👀
8. Next up we have the Snickers Hi-Protein
bar by Mars. This one is in the tasty peanut
butter flavour. With 22g of protein, it'll keep
you going for sure ⚡
9. Total XP were the next brand in the box with their chilli hotness crisps. These crunchy balls contain 13g of protein and less than 150 calories. Amazing!
10. Since Total XP are a customer favourite, we also threw in a smoky bacon packet which comes in at 13g of protein as a healthy snack to keep you fuelled.
